The department was established in the year 1996, with a B.Com degree course (Electronic data processing & Computer applications) affiliated to the University of Kerala. A career-oriented programme M.Com in finance, which is the best bet for the students is being launched from this academic year. It is a high-status programme and a passport to a challenging and rewarding career in education, industry and commerce.
