Nellai College of Engineering, Maruthakulam, is an ultra-modern technical institution flaunting futuristic coaching procedures to impart quality education to rural learners. Located in the small village of Maruthakulam at Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu, the college reclines on the still and alluring mountainous atmosphere of the Sahyadri (Western Ghats) encircled by the foliage of Mayaneri Agro Foundation Private Ltd under the ownership of Manarul Huda Trust. The college is a Muslim minority institution with ISO 9001:2015 certification, approved by AICTE, New Delhi, and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The then Governor of Tamil Nadu, Justice Ms. M. Fathima Beevi inaugurated the college on 7th September 2000. The campus has multistoried buildings consisting of well-furnished and air-conditioned classrooms, drawing halls, workshops, seminar halls, library, computer centers, staff rooms, student restrooms, and an auditorium.
